If, unfortunately, you are not satisfied with the product for any reason, you may send it but only within 30 days. But, the item should be in the original condition, as you received it, and unused. The packaging must also be returned. Also, the proof of purchase or transaction, receipt, should be sent back. Owing to these conditions (if applicable), partial refunds are granted only.

Refunds (if applicable)

After receiving the item, we will send you an email notifying about receiving it. Then we will inspect the item, and once after careful inspection, we will update you whether you are entitled to refund or not. Once approved, that’s when the refund process will begin. The payment will be sent to you
automatically to the source of payment you used when purchasing in a couple of days.

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable) When you receive the notification regarding receiving payments, within few days, check your bank account. If not received, contact your credit card company to ensure if payment has been reverted, as it does take some time to post it officially. Exchanges (if applicable)

Gifts

When buying the item, if the product is marked as a gift, it will be sent directly to you, and you will receive a gift credit in the value of the return. As soon as we receive the gift item, gift certificate will be mailed to you promptly. In the event that gift is purchased, and unfortunately, it was not marked, or maybe the gift giver has order shipped to their address, to send it to you later perhaps, we ensure you, we will send the refund to gift giver and he/she will be notified about your return.

Shipping

In case of return of item, the sender is responsible for paying the shipping cost. Regrettably, the shipping cost is non-refundable. If you are sent a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund as well. Delivery time varies as per your location and region. It may take some time to reach you as per the distance.
